What a credit covers
- Audio: 1 credit covers 60 seconds, charged by the real length in steps of 0.1 credits — 6 seconds is 0.1, 30 seconds is 0.5, 90 seconds is 1.5. That single charge includes both the transcription and the clean-up into a finished note.
- Text and documents: 1 credit covers 1,000 words, charged by the real length in steps of 0.1 credits — 14 words is 0.1, 500 words is 0.5, 1,500 words is 1.5. That single charge covers the whole clean-up.
- Bigger jobs such as report drafts cost a little more, and you always see the exact amount first.
- Reading, editing, renaming, organising and saving your documents is always free.
Payments are handled securely by Paddle, including card, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Credits are added once the payment is confirmed.
