How Wise Noted works
The essentials, from your first recording to a finished document.
Record voice
Tap Record your note and speak naturally. Pauses, corrections and repetition are fine. Stop when you are finished.
Paste or write text
Paste existing text or write directly in the main input. You will always see the exact credit cost before AI processing.
Upload audio or a document
Use Audio for a recording, or PDF / document for a supported text-based file. The source stays private to your account. Original audio is deleted once your note is saved; Pro can choose to keep it for 24 hours or save it.
Credits and pricing
You can use up to 5 free credits each day, with a maximum of 10 each calendar month. They do not accumulate. Free credits are used before purchased credits, which never expire. Audio costs 1 credit per 60 seconds, charged by the real length in steps of 0.1 credits, and that one charge covers both the transcription and the clean-up.
Documents
Every successful result becomes a saved document. Opening, renaming, writing, editing and autosaving are free.
Projects
Group documents, arrange their order and combine them without AI. This organisation is free.
Versions and restore
Wise Noted keeps a version before an AI-driven change. Restoring an earlier version is available from the document.
AI actions
Actions that ask AI to process or rewrite content use credits. Their exact cost is shown before they begin.
Word and PDF
Download individual documents or ordered projects as Word or PDF files at no credit cost.
Privacy and deletion
Your notes, uploads and projects are private to your account. Deleting your account removes its saved data and private uploads.
